Bikira Maria wa Fatima (jina rasmi: Bibi Yetu wa Rosari takatifu wa Fatima Nossa Senhora do Rosário de Fátima), ni jina mojawapo la Bikira Maria lililotokana na njozi maarufu za mwaka 1917 walizozisimulia watoto watatu wa Fatima, Ureno: Lusia Santos na binamu zake Yasinta Marto na Fransisko Marto.
Njozi hizo zilithibitishwa na Kanisa Katoliki kuwa za kuaminika[1], hata ikaanzishwa kumbukumbu yake katika liturujia kila tarehe ya ile ya kwanza, 13 Mei.
Tarehe 13 Mei 1946, Papa Pius XII alikubali rasmi sanamu iliyotengenezwa kutokana na masimulizi hayo itiwe taji. Tarehe 11 Novemba 1954, alitangaza patakatifu pa Fatima kuwa basilika kwa hati Lucer Superna.
