Konklevu (kutoka Kilatini "cum clave", yaani "kwa ufunguo", kupitia Kiingereza "conclave") ni mkutano maalumu ya makardinali wote wenye umri chini ya miaka 80 unaofanyika ili kumchagua askofu wa Roma, maarufu kama Papa wa Kanisa Katoliki.

Lengo la kujifungia ndani tangu karne za kati ni kuzuia makardinali wasiingiliwe na watu wa nje, hasa watawala, ambao wanaweza kuwa na malengo tofauti na yale ya kiroho.

Kwa sasa kuna taratibu nyingi zilizopangwa kinaganaga, ambazo mojawapo ni kwamba wapigakura wasizidi 120.
