Akko (kwa Kiebrania: עַכּוֹ, ʻAkkō; pia: Akka (kwa Kiarabu: عكّا, ʻAkkā; uliwahi kuitwa pia: Tolemais) ni mji wa pwani katika Israeli Kaskazini. Una bandari asili katika Hori ya Haifa.

Kutokana na umuhimu wa mahali ulipo, umekaliwa na watu mfululizo tangu zama za Shaba hadi leo, ingawa uliwahi kuangamizwa mara kadhaa.

Wakazi wa sasa ni 48,000 hivi.
