Edmundi Arrowsmith
Edmundi Arrowsmith, S.J. (Haydock, Lancashire, Uingereza, 1585 – Lancaster, 28 Agosti 1628) alikuwa padri Mjesuiti ambaye, kwa sababu alifanya uchungaji kwa siri miaka mingi na kuvuta wengi kwenye Kanisa Katoliki, aliuawa na serikali ya nchi yake chini ya Mfalme Charles I kwa kuchanwachanwa kikatili, ingawa Waanglikana wenyeji hawakutaka [1][2].
Papa Pius XI alimtangaza mwenye heri tarehe 15 Desemba 1929 halafu Papa Paulo VI tarehe 25 Oktoba 1970 alimtangaza kuwa mtakatifu mfiadini pamoja na wenzake 39[3].
