Radegunda (pia: Rhadegund, Radegonde, Radigund; 520 hivi – 13 Agosti 587) alikuwa malkia wa Wafaranki kutokana na ndoa yake na mfalme Klotari I[1], lakini alitokea Thuringia, leo nchini Ujerumani.

Baada ya kufaulu kumkimbia mumewe, aliyekuwa na wake wengine watano, mwaka 560 alianzisha abasia huko Poitiers, leo nchini Ufaransa, alipofahamika kwa maisha magumu[2][3][4] na kwa kutunza na kuponya wagonjwa na ambapo ndipo alipofariki.

Tangu kale anaheshimiwa na Wakatoliki na Waorthodoksi kama mtakatifu.
