Radegunda
Mandhari
Radegunda (pia: Rhadegund, Radegonde, Radigund; 520 hivi – 13 Agosti 587) alikuwa malkia wa Wafaranki kutokana na ndoa yake ya kulazimishwa na mfalme Klotari I[1], lakini alitokea Thuringia, leo nchini Ujerumani.
Baada ya kufaulu kumkimbia mumewe, aliyekuwa na wake wengine watano, mwaka 560 alifanywa na askofu Medadi kuwa mtawa akaenda kuishi na mama mkwe, Klotilda, katika abasia aliyokuwa ameianzisha chini ya kanuni ya Sesari wa Arles huko Poitiers, leo nchini Ufaransa, alipofahamika kwa maisha magumu[2][3][4] na kwa kutunza na kuponya wagonjwa na ambapo ndipo alipofariki miaka 30 baadaye[5].
Tangu kale anaheshimiwa na Wakatoliki na Waorthodoksi kama mtakatifu.
Sikukuu yake huadhimishwa katika tarehe ya kifo chake[6].
