Lishe
Lishe (kutoka kitenzi "kula" kikinyambuliwa kama "kulisha"; kwa Kiingereza: Nutrition) ni fani la sayansi ambalo hufafanua uwiano wa virutubishi na madini katika vyakula. Uwiano huu huangaliwa kati ya uzazi, kukua kwa kimo, afya na magonjwa.
Lishe huhusisha kuliwa kwa chakula, madini na virutubishi kuchukuliwa mwilini, madini na virutubishi kutumiwa na seli za mwili, hali kadhalika kuondolewa kwa uchafu katika mwili.
Lishe ni chakula ambacho mnyama yeyote hula huambatana na jinsi kinavyopatikana. Katika binadamu lishe huhushisha maandalizi ya chakula, jinsi ya kukihifadhi na jinsi ya kuzuia chakula kupata hali mbovu ambayo yanaweza kuleta maradhi kwa binadamu.
