Popo-wadudu ni aina za popo wanaowinda wadudu hasa. Kibiolojia ni mamalia wa nusuoda Yangochiroptera katika oda Chiroptera wanaofanana na panya wenye mabawa. Kwa kawaida spishi hizi ni ndogo kuliko zile za nusuoda Yinpterochiroptera (popo-matunda) lakini kuna spishi zilizo kubwa kulika spishi fulani za popo-matunda. Spishi ndogo kabisa ni popo nyukibambi aliye na urefu wa mm 29-33 na uzito wa g 2. Kwa hivyo popo huyu ni spishi ndogo kabisa ya mamalia pia. Kirukanjia wa Etruski anaweza kuwa na uzito mdogo zaidi (g 1.2-2.7) lakini ni mrefu zaidi (mm 36-53). Popo-wadudu hula wadudu hasa lakini spishi nyingine hula samaki, ndege na wanyama wadogo na hata damu. Hutumia miwangwi ya sauti yao ili kuyakamata mawindo yao. Spishi kadhaa hula matunda na mbochi na hizi hazitumii miwangwi.
