Yeriko (kwa Kiebrania יְרִיחוֹ, kwa Kiarabu أريحا, maana yake "wenye kunukia") ni mji wa kale sana, ulioanzishwa miaka 9000 hivi KK karibu na mto Yordani. Mwaka 2006 ulikuwa na wakazi 20,400[1][2]
Umaarufu wake unatokana na kuwa chini ya usawa wa bahari kuliko miji yote duniani. Unasadikiwa pia kuwa mmojawapo kati ya miji ya zamani zaidi kukaliwa mfululizo hadi leo.[3][4][5]Akiolojia imekuta ardhini zaidi ya miji 20 iliyojengwa kwa nyakati tofauti mahali pale, kuanzia miaka 11,000 iliyopita.[6]
Katika Biblia unatajwa kama "Mji wa Mitende": chemchemi mbalimbali ndani na kandokando yake zilivuta binadamu tangu milenia nyingi.[7] Unatajwa hasa kuhusiana na Yoshua kuingiza Waisraeli waliotoka Misri na kuhusiana na Yesu ambaye huko alimuongoa mtozaushuru tajiri Zakayo na kumponya kipofu ombaomba Bartimayo.
