Iliriko ni jina la zamani la eneo la Ulaya Kusini Mashariki lililokaliwa na makabila ya Wailiria.

Dola la Roma liliteka eneo hilo mwaka 168 KK na kulifanya mkoa wake hadi mwaka 10.

Wakati wa Napoleon Bonaparte kwa miaka michache (1809-1813) jina lilitumika kwa mkoa wa Dola la Ufaransa, halafu kulikuwa na Ufalme wa Iliriko chini ya Dola la Austria (1816-1849).
