Chuki, kinyume cha pendo, ni hali ya mtu au kikundi cha watu kutopenda kitu fulani.

Mfano watu wema wengi hawapendi uovu, kwa hiyo wana chuki na uovu.

Mara nyingine chuki inalenga watu kwa misingi mbalimbali: ya binafsi, ya uchumi, ya siasa, ya jinsia, ya dini, ya asili n.k.

Inaweza ikatokana na kijicho na kuishia katika mauaji hata ya halaiki, kama vile mauaji ya kimbari.
