Berbere ( Oromo : Barbaree, Amharic bärbäre, Tigrinya bärbärä ) ni mchanganyiko wa viungo ambavyo viambajengo vyake kwa kawaida hujumuisha pilipili hoho, bizari, kitunguu saumu, tangawizi, mbegu za basil takatifu za Ethiopia (besobela), korarima, rue, ajwain au radhuni, nigella, na fenugreek .
