Margaret Hinchey ( 10 Disemba 1870 – 29 Februari 1944 ) alikuwa Mmarekani mwanaharakati wa haki za wanawake, na kiongozi. [1] Alikuwa hadharani katika masuala haya katika ya 1912 na 1917.[2]

Alizaliwa tarehe 10 Desemba 1870 huko Limerick, Ireland, kwa Thomas Hinchey na Mary Maloney. Alihamia Jiji la New York mnamo 1897 na kufanya kazi katika sehemu ya kufulia nguo.[2]

Mnamo Februari, 1914, Hinchey alizungumza katika Ikulu ya White House[3] huko Washington DC katika mkutano wa Equal Suffrage League, akielezea mkutano wake (pamoja na wanawake wengine 35 wanaharakati) na Rais Woodrow Wilson kushinikiza upigaji kura wa wanawake.[4] Kufikia 1920 alikuwa akifanya kazi kama mfanyakazi wa ndani.[2]
