Tiasa Adhya (alizaliwa mnamo 1987) ni mhifadhi na mwanabiolojia wa wanyamapori kutoka India.[1] Hufuatilia paka wavuvi na amepokea tuzo ya Nari Shakti Puraskar.
Kazi
[hariri | hariri chanzo]Tiasa Adhya alisomea zoolojia katika Chuo Kikuu cha Calcutta na alifanya utafiti katika chuo kikuu (University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology (TDU)).[1] Adhya anafanya kazi katika Umoja wa Kimataifa wa Uhifadhi wa Mazingira (IUCN). Kama sehemu ya Tume ya Kuishi kwa Spishi, hufuatilia paka wavuvi huko Bengal Mashariki.[2] Pia alishiriki kuanzisha Mradi wa Paka wa Uvuvi.[3]
Adhya amepokea tuzo ya Nari Shakti Puraskar na ya 2022 Future For Nature kwa kutambua mafanikio yake.[1][4]
