Mkutano wa Kimataifa juu ya Haki za Binadamu ulifanywa na Umoja wa Mataifa mjini Vienna nchini Austria tarehe 14 mpaka 25 Juni 1993[1]. Ulikuwa mkutano wa kwanza wa haki za binadamu uliyofanyika tangu kumalizika kwa vita baridi vya Dunia.
Matokeo ya mkutano huo yalikuwa Azimio la Vienna na Mpango wa Utendaji.[1]
