Hello, JAn Dudík. What you're trying to do is right, but you have no authority to change it untill you let some comments in the community page and not as just the way you did. Not at all. There are some way to make it nor as the way you made it. It's meaningless. We'll move the page to Wikipedia:Msaada wa kuanzisha makala instead of the location where you moved it. Next time if you have any opionion, please leave the message on the community page and not to change anything without our knowledge. Thanks for try, but it's not good for the project.
