Koobi ni tilapia ni samaki wa chumvi aliyekaushwa chumvi nchini Ghana. Samaki ana ladha ya kiasili kwenye mchuzi na supu[1][2] katika vyakula vitamu vya kienyeji vya Ghana[3]. Hutumika kutayarisha vyakula vya Ghana kama vile fufu, supu, ndizi na mchuzi na vyakula vingine vya asili ya Ghana.[4]
