Ekwang (pia inajulikana kama "Ekpang Nkukwo", "Ekpang" na "Ekwang Coco") ni chakula cha kikameruni kwa watu wa Bakweri, Bafaw na Oroko .[1] [2] Imetengenezwa kwa cocoyams zilizosagwa ambazo zimefungwa kwa majani ya cocoyam.[3][4] Viungo vingine nikama samaki wabichi au wakukaanga, nyama, mafuta ya mawese, kamba na vikolezo.[5]
