Changes at "MediaWiki:Common.css"

(communication to user:Malangali) We had a problem with the format of templates for info boxes. I consulted meta:user:Pathoschild who as a steward has given us advice before and he thought the reason was the deletion of "MediaWiki:Common.css" by you. I restored the file and the templates are fine. Probably you had some idea why you deleted this so kindly tell the community on "jumuiya". Pathoschild recommended also restoring MediaWiki:Monobook.js but I have no idea what that is for.
