Mr.Martin Lyuba born in 7th Agust 1982. Other names Matimbila Paul. Mr.Martin Lyuba is a assistant systems analyst fellow, researcher, and consultant at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. He works and research in various areas of Systems administration, cisco & linux systems and cyber security. Particular areas of expertise are systems administration and configuration, web application development, security in identity management architectures. Lyuba holds a MSc in computer security of the university of Birmingham in the United Kingdom and BSc in computer science from the university of Dar es Salaam.
