Papa Formosus (takriban 816 – 4 Aprili 896) alikuwa Papa kuanzia tarehe 6 Oktoba, 891 hadi kifo chake^[1]. Kabla ya hapo alikuwa askofu wa jimbo la Porto, Lazio, Italia^[2].
