Pulkeria wa Konstantinopoli (Konstantinopoli, 19 Januari 398/399 - Julai 453) alikuwa malkia Mkristo wa Dola la Roma Mashariki kuanzia mwaka 450 hadi kifo chake[1][2].

Kabla ya kuwa malkia aliwahi kutawala kwa niaba ya ndugu yake mwenye umri mdogo, Theodosius II[3] .

Baada ya huyo kufariki dunia, Pulkeria alitawazwa halafu akaolewa lakini alitunza ubikira wake na kuendelea kusaidia fukara.

Katika vipindi hivyo viwili vya utawala wake alisimamia mitaguso ya kiekumeni ya Efeso (431)[4] na Kalsedonia (451)[5] iliyofafanua imani sahihi kuhusu Yesu Kristo.

Tangu kale anaheshimiwa kama mtakatifu na Wakatoliki na Waorthodoksi[6].
