Proklo wa Konstantinopoli (alifariki karibu na Konstantinopoli, leo nchini Uturuki, 24 Julai 446) alikuwa askofu mkuu wa mji huo kuanzia mwaka 434 hadi kifo chake[1].

Alitetea kwa ushujaa imani ya kuwa Bikira Maria anastahili kuitwa Mama wa Mungu dhidi ya Nestori, mtangulizi wake kama askofu mkuu wa jimbo [2]

Ili kurudisha umoja kati ya waumini alihamishia mjini kwa maandamano ya fahari masalia ya Yohane Krisostomo. Kwa ajili hiyo Mtaguso wa Kalsedonia ulimuita "Mkuu" [3].

Anaheshimiwa tangu kale na Wakatoliki, Waorthodoksi na Waorthodoksi wa Mashariki kama mtakatifu.

Sikukuu yake huadhimishwa tarehe 24 Oktoba[4] au 20 Novemba.
