HISTORICAL BACKGROUND. Sebastian ngonyan get his primary level education at kihesa primary school from 1999-2005 but he was not succeed to complete standard seven at kihesa due to various family problem so when he was standard six migrate to another primary school which is mgongo primary school where he succeeded to complete primary level education then he selected to join with secondary education at Nyerere high school Migoli where he stayed there for three years then jump to another school Mtwivila Secondary school where he complete ordinary level education hence after passed well he selected to join advanced level at changarawe boys secondary school after one year join at Mwembetogwa high secondary school where he awarded advanced certificate and later on at St. Augustine university studying the bachelor of arts with education in geography subjects.

EXPERIENCE IN WORK.During the struggle of life Mr. Sebastian ngonyan seceded to work with different organization especially NGOs organization, at the first time work with Bayport financial bank company as a loan officer consultant were he work for several years after five year join another organization Hakielimu organization where also he work as a consultant since the organization is the mission which aims to take volunteers who will not be after profit but to run the organization in spite of all organization also Mr. sebastian Ngonyan have a company known as The Great Seba Company which deals with digital site including computer software windows maintenance.

VISION AND MISSION.Since his professional is a teacher so he will make sure that he participate full and make sure that the professional is done as it is supposed to be done, apart from that mr.ngonyani also now he is competent in different digital issues such as network connection and system connection and he is looking forward in different organization to work as a system administrator.
