Mikoa ya Burkina Faso ni ngazi ya kwanza ya ugatuzi nchini Burkina Faso. Kuanzia Julai 2025 jumla yake ni mikoa 17 ya kiutawala. Mkuu wa mkoa huitwa gavana. Mikoa hiyo imegawanywa katika wilaya (provinces) 47 na kata (communes) 351.
Mageuzi hayo yanaathiri haswa Boucle du Mouhoun, Mashariki, na Sahel, ambayo inachukua 43% ya eneo hilo lote. Mikoa minne mipya, Soum, Sirba, Tapoa, na Sourou, imeundwa ikiwa na miji mikuu iliyoteuliwa, huku majina ya mikoa na mikoa yakibadilishwa kulingana na majina ya kienyeji.
