Makubaliano juu ya Haki za Watoto ni makubaliano juu ya Haki za binadamu inayotetea haki za kiraia, za kisiasa, za kiuchumi, za kijamii, za kiafya na za kitamaduni za watoto.

Makubaliano hayo yanaelezea maana ya mtoto: ni binadamu yeyote mwenye umri chini ya miaka 18, Isipokuwa umri wa watu wengi umefikiwa mapema chini ya sheria za kimataifa.
