Swahili Wikipedia MUST officially opt-out from Small Wiki Monitoring Team surveillance. Too many collateral global bans against recent incoming accounts since end of 2024 year. CHECKUSER method has one fault. If dynamic IP will be again associated with someone unrelated, while once it was associated with vandal, they blindly BELIEVE it. And result is simple. It is blind belief in automated surveillance scripts. If something matches one of these scripts, be it IP address, of course DYNAMIC, or content detail, they believe it and global ban strikes.
