Excuse if I write English but I assume you may not know Swahili. I see your inputs about Russian cities. o far great, but dont you add some more information? Like the oblast (see : ). If you like I can give a few more standardized sentences to use.

Hi I see you keep it up which is beautiful! Russia needs lot of work. NOW: we have that listing of a lo of areas under "Mikoa ya Urusi". I did Maeneo ya Shirikisho la Urusi (Federal subjects of Russia) because of your questions. Now I think putting everything under Mikoa ya Urusi was not such a good idea. Under mikoa we should only group oblast and krai (which I learned are the same except for historical connotation?). Then the "Republics" we should not put as mikoa. Can you work with the list I did? List of lakes

Please go thru the list of lakes by comparing also to the English entries. I see you work directly from the Russian version. So far I noticed as problem:

• local and international names - for Swahili users we should stick to the usual form in English. I corrected Чудско-Псковское озеро to Peipus.
• Transscription of Russian "Х" should be "kh", not "h" (thus Ханка to be Khanka, not Hanka)
• Not for lakes, but please be very, very, very cautious with renaming. I returned Kazakhstan (kh - h - problem); similar for rivers (example Lena (mto)). We worked so far mostly with the form "NAME (mto)" plus redirects like "River NAME" (because the first shape for the Lemma makes automatic lists easier. Name alone often brings problems, at least in Africa, I am not so sure about Russia. Lena was a problem, at least)

Thanks for edits. But please DO NOT MOVE PAGES, Your knowledge of Swahili is too little. That has risk. And please: look at changes i do to your edits. And look at your other edits and repeat. Also I have seen you have been wandering seeking for help from people to unblock you from the Russian Wikipedia. I think you are moving too fast om your matters - possibly that was the major problem. Calm yourself down, and see through things right before to act. You might be right, but other people don't see it the way you see it. Please take things slowly and surely you'll be there. Hi I do not understand why I should write this guy. I take from your words that you think he did wrong. Ok. Then there is usually no point to continue an edit or blocking war. As I know all wikipedias have some levels to complain and bring some protest and appeal. Usually it is better if the complaining person does not claim that all others are bad or stupid but calmy makes the case. SO I cannot do that on RU. What diid you try so far?
