Ninawi (kwa Kiakadi: Ninwe; kwa Kiashuru: ܢܸܢܘܵܐ; kwa Kiebrania נינוה , Nīnewē; kwa Kigiriki Νινευη, Nineuē; kwa Kiarabu: نينوى, Naīnuwa) ulikuwa mji mkuu wa Waashuru upande wa mashariki wa mto Tigri.
