Vimetameta au vimulimuli ni lava wa visubi-kuvu wa familia Keroplatidae wanaotoa nuru (bio-uangazaji). Majina hayo yanaweza kutumiwa pia kutaja spishi za mbawakawa za familia ya juu Elateroidea. Visubi hao huitwa visubi-kuvu kwa sababu angalau sehemu ya chakula chao ni vikungunyanzi na spora za kuvu. Nuru wanayotoa ina shughuli ya kuvutia wadudu wengine wadogo. Vimetameta hao hawapatikani katika Afrika.

Lava wa jenasi tatu za visubi-kuvu huonyesha bio-uangazaji. Wanatoa nuru kijanibuluu[1]. Wanasuka tando zinazonata ili kukamata wadudu wadogo. Hupatikana katika mapango na mashimo ya miamba, chini ya miamba inayotokeza na katika mahali pengine panyevu panapokingwa. Licha ya lingano kwa shughuli na muonekano, mifumo ya bio-uangazaji ya jenasi tatu sio ya aina moja na inaaminika kuwa iligeuka kwa jinsi tofauti[2][3][4].
