This collaborative editing journey is dedicated to preserving and showcasing African cultures on Swahili Wikipedia, ensuring that the wisdom and legacy of our people are not lost, but carried forward to future generations. Together, we will improve and expand articles about African music, cuisine, festivals, languages, customs, crafts, and more — written in our own voice and from our own perspective. By participating, you become part of a transformative event to protect cultural memory, strengthen African knowledge online, and ensure our stories live where everyone can learn from them.
