Dawa za kuzuia ubalehe ni homoni zinazotolewa kwa watoto ili kuchelewesha ubalehe wao.

Dawa hizo zilianza kutumika katika miaka ya 1980 kwa watoto walioanza mapema mno kubalehe, lakini baadaye zilianza kutumika kwa wale wasiojisikia vizuri katika jinsi yao ya kuzaliwa, kwa kawaida ili kurahisisha baadaye upasuaji wa kuwalinganisha na jinsia waliojichagulia.
