Bartolomayo (kwa Kigiriki Βαρθολομαιο&sigma) ni jina la mmojawapo kati ya Mitume wa Yesu kadiri ya Injili Ndugu.

Wengi wanaona hilo ni ubini wake (kwa Kiaramu lina maana ya "mwana wa Tolomayo"), kumbe jina lake mwenyewe ni "Natanaeli", kama anavyotajwa na Injili ya Yohane 1:45 rafiki wa Mtume Filipo. Kama ni hivi, alikuwa mwenyeji wa Kana ya Galilaya, na unyofu wake ulisifiwa na Yesu.

Yote tunayoyajua kwa hakika juu yake yanategemea Injili na Matendo ya Mitume anapotajwa tu katika orodha ya Thenashara ambao waliteuliwa na Yesu Kristo kama mwanzo mpya wa taifa la Mungu wakatumwa naye kuhubiri na kuponya.

Baada ya ufufuko wa Yesu na Pentekoste, hakuna habari za hakika, ila kuna masimulizi ya utume wake Mashariki ya Kati hadi India.

Alifia dini ya Ukristo katika nusu ya pili ya karne I labda Syria au Armenia. Anaheshimiwa hasa tarehe 24 Agosti.
